Chorus Supply List 2018-2019
Welcome to Chorus! We are going to have a musical year and to prepare for success you will need:
Students will need:
· 1 inch 3 ring binder
· Page Protectors (20)
· Pencil to keep in your binder( must be there every day not in backpack)
· Concert Uniform & Chorus T-Shirt

Concert Uniform
Required Formal Concert Attire
Students will be measured in a couple of weeks for their tux or dress. If you want a consignment dress, then you need to check with the LCMA consignment shop. This attire is required for all competitions and performances. Otherwise dresses are purchased concert attire thru the music department. Menswear may be purchased at Nathan's Menswear in Downtown Lakeland. All concert attire must be purchased by September 14, 2018.
Spirit Shirt Orders
Order forms are going home the first day of school. These shirts are required and can be worn on spirit day and on music field trips. Parents are also welcome to purchase a shirt. T-shirt orders are due by Thursday, August 23, 2086. Cost is $11.00 with exact cash or a check made out to LCMA Music.
Required Concert Dates are: December 11, 2018 and May 14, 2019 Please put them on your calendar
