Welcome to guitar class! Here are the essential items needed for this class. Please make sure you have all supplies purchased and in class purchases by August 12, 2022.
You will need:
Guitar- needs to be a 6- string acoustic guitar
Method Book- First Year Guitar H.O.T. Hands On Training Fifth edition
ID Tag on Case for Instrument that Includes Name and Number on Case
Notebook either 1 inch 3 ring binder any color
Page Protectors- several (25)
Dividers-2
Pencil
Hand Sanitizer (for personal use before getting instrument each day)
Clip On Instrument Tuner
Instrument Rent to Own Options are as follows:
- Shar Music- they are open Monday-Friday 9am-6p.m. and will ship it to you.
- Carlton’s Music they are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and you can fill out the order online and pick it up in the store or arrange to have it delivered to your car.
School Rental (used for school year)
School Rental (you are still required to supply all accessories for the instrument.)
The rental form must be filled out and turned in electronically and payment will be turned into the teacher. Please refer to the supply list at the top if you have a question. School Rental Form
In Class Guitar Purchases
Guitar T- Shirt shirts cost $15.00, and you will need to fill out the order form and bring in your payment. Orders due by August 19, 2022. These may be worn on spirit days and for performances.

T-Shirt Orders
Parents are also welcomed to purchase a shirt. Order forms and payment will be sent to Mrs. Baker. The cost is $15.00 per shirt. Shirts may be worn on spirit days and for our concerts.
